Return Policy


POWERDECAL™ comes with a Limited 90 Day Warranty for purchases made on POWERDECAL.com (see LIMITED WARRANTY below); if for some reason the product is defective or damaged on delivery, you may return it and POWERDECAL.com will replace it.

For return follow these instructions:

1. Make sure to print out bill of sale or include packing slip from POWERDECAL.com which is evidence that the unit is within the 90 day warranty period. Full documentation must be presented to obtain warranty service.

2. Deliver the product freight prepaid, in packaging affording an equal degree of protection as when received.

3. Ship to: POWERDECAL™ Service Center, 7101 North Ridgeway, Lincolnwood, IL, 60712

4. Upon inspection and approval, POWERDECAL.com will ship replacement item(s) to you within 30 days.

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PRODUCT PURCHASED ON POWERDECAL.COM

POWERDECAL.com  (POWERDECAL™) warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

For a period of 90 days from date of purchase if this product is determined to be defective, POWERDECAL.COM will repair or replace the Product at its option, at no charge. After 90 days period, you must pay for the replacement unit. This warranty does not cover costs incurred in connection with the removal and re-installation of plastic housings, soldered wire connections and any component changes, nor does it cover any other contingent expenses.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight prepaid, in packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to POWERDECAL.com Service Center. See Return section on this website.

This warranty does not cover customer modifications, improper installation, and improper usage, hard wiring the power supply or sensor tampering.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product, including the mounting system(s). This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by POWERDECAL to service the product. This warranty does not cover product which is used in conjunction with “other” NON-POWERDECAL system components, meaning “retro fit(s) to POWERDECAL”; alternate power supply, hard wiring operations or graphic inserts pieces. This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as batteries). This warranty is valid only in the United States.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or packing slip from POWERDECAL.COM, which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. POWERDECAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
